my approach to therapy
I’ve been drawn to healing work and social justice as long as I can remember, and I am deeply grateful to join with folx in their journeys.
In therapy, we create a sacred space where we get to hold your story with the care, curiosity, and compassion it deserves. My work is rooted in a relational and psychodynamic approach, which means we’ll explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape your inner world. By bringing these into awareness, we create more room for choice, connection, and relief. If it is helpful, I can also incorporate practical skills, like strategies for dealing with challenging situations or emotions.
Whether you’re coming in as an individual, with partner/s, or as part of a family, I hope that entering in the therapy space together feels like stepping on to solid ground, terra firma.
a little about me
I love poetry, Hip Hop and Folk music, fantasy books, traveling, and yerba maté.
When I’m free, I love spending time outside with my family, or playing board games with friends.
I am a Fort Collins native, but I’ve moved around a bit, including Kansas City and Ukraine. I came back to Fort Collins to get my Master’s of Social Work at Colorado State University.
